About

Coach Cade Watts, originally from Alabaster, Alabama, brings a diverse background in sports and coaching to VHSC. A former collegiate baseball player at Lawson State, Cade stayed connected to soccer by playing in local Sunday leagues during the off-season. He began his coaching journey at age 21, boasting an impressive 25-3 record and two major tournament victories.


Currently enrolled in the Ajax Academy online program, Cade dedicates much of his time to advancing his coaching knowledge through video analysis, workbooks with 205 Academy, and private training sessions for players aged 10-21.


Cade’s strengths as a coach include his adaptability to opponents’ tactics during matches and his unwavering positivity and encouragement for his players. His mission is to develop skilled soccer players and outstanding individuals. Cade strives to be a positive role model on and off the pitch, fostering an environment of growth, respect, and resilience.
